Coaches can be booked for 1 on 1 individual sessions, small group skills sessions of up to 4 people, or team training sessions. Training can be tailored to your requirements focusing on skill fundamentals, team philosophies or fitness and competition based drills. All experience and skill levels can be catered for.
Coach Funky can be booked for 1 on 1 pad sessions, small groups of up to 4 participants, or large group sessions. Training can be focused on fundamentals and technique, strategy and gameplan, or fitness concentrated. All levels of experience are welcome, from beginners looking to learn from the gound up to the more experienced looking to refine and improve their existing skills.
Coaching Workshops are on offer for beginner and intermediate coaches. Beginner coaches will establish a knowledge base of the basics of the game and how to organise and manage a team. More experienced coaches will build on their existing knowledge and expand their thought process. Will cover topics such as communication, etiquette, roster management, offensive and defensive principals, club politics, etc and include Q & A time to answer any further questions that may arise.
Online sessions are available to all, focusing on skill development and technique. Sessions can be tailored to concentrate on the aspects YOU wish to improve on, either basketball or boxing fundamentals, strength & conditioning, agility or general fitness. Sessions are programmed over 6 / 8 / 12 week courses and include a weekly written program, instructional video call session and a check in / progress discussion which is delivered via phone call or email.
